Volunteer Forms

The Georgia Baptist Convention requires all volunteers that work with children to fill out a form and have a background check performed. This process can take up to 3 weeks so make sure you get your form filled out and turned in to the office early!

If you have already filled one of these forms out you can simply complete the renewal form.
